With the chaos of us getting ready to move I told Anthony he could pick out a cake from Sam's Club. This turned out to be a great idea. The cake was big enough that we enjoyed some with Grandma and Grandpa and then ate some more on his birthday.

Abigail could hardly wait to give Anthony his present. She bought it with her own money and was so excited!

Anthony was really excited with his new scout stuff and has been proud to wear his uniform every week. He was particularly excited to learn that the neckerchief we gave him his dad had used and it had belonged to his great grandfather. Now we just have to get busy working on all those merit badges!Can't believe my little man is growing up. Eleven years old sounds so much older than ten.
