- Special K protein plus with soy milk
- two heels of wheat bread with ICBINB spread (and spread liberally)
- salad with turkey, cheese, black beans, green onions, tomatoes, goldfish, croutons, and French dressing
- 4 oreos
- cheddar cheese and trisquits
- ice-cream and oreos
