Food Diary - Day 2

Well, I couldn't let Bob down, so I accepted a lunch offer today and ate at the Irish Times in downtown Worcester. The buffalo wing wrap was delicious--chewy, moist, and spicy.

Really, though, was yesterday's menu that bad? (I liked it.)

Breakfast
  • 1 bowl Special K protein Plus in soy milk with raisins
  • 1.5 egg ham, cheese, salsa omelet
Lunch
  • 4 glasses of Sprite
  • buffalo chicken wrap with blue cheese dressing and lettuce
  • french fries
  • pickle
Dinner:
  • half a bowl of split pea soup
  • ~15 trisquits
  • diet Sprite
  • glass of Crystal Light
Evening snack:
  • 1 fun size Twix
  • 1 sugar-free fudgsicle

I think it's great that you are doing this. I'm trying to lose weight too. Once really good resource I have found is http://www.myfooddiary.com/
There is no advertising and so you have to pay for the service, but then you can find out exactly (or pretty close) how many calories you're eating. It also tracks fat, protein, carbs, and some vitamins.
